Day to Day itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)

Activity: As soon as you land at the airport, a representative from “All Round Trip Nepal Treks” will pick you up and transport you to your accommodation. After a few hours of relaxation in the hotel, a tour operator and tour guide from All Round Trip Nepal Treks will greet you and discuss the Luxury Everest Base Camp Itinerary. After the pre-trip briefing, you will have a welcome dinner from our side. Enjoy traditional Nepalese cuisine along with a cultural dance program.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

Activity: After breakfast, your sightseeing trip will start. You will have a private vehicle and a professional tour guide for your sightseeing tour. You will visit Swyambunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square. After sightseeing, there will be a pre-trip meeting to describe the whole trip. For the verification, Tourist Information, and documentation process, we require a copy of your passport, 3 passport-sized photos, and a copy of traveler insurance.

Duration: 6 to 7 hours

Day 3: Flight to Lukla (2840m) then Trek to Phakding (2610m)

Activity: Get up at 5 a.m. to catch a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, offering breathtaking views of mountain ranges. After landing in Lukla, you will meet our guide and porters. After breakfast, begin your trek with a gentle hike via Chauri Kharka hamlet to Phakding, passing through a rhododendron forest and small settlements.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding (2630m) to Namche Bazaar (3440m)

The path climbs sharply with beautiful vistas after entering Sagamartha National Park. Namche Bazaar, also known as the Everest Gateway, is home to various high-quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, stores, money exchanges, internet cafes, and a bakery.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3440m)

Ama Dablam, and other mountains. Visit the Sherpa museum and the National Park Museum, then explore Namche or relax at the hotel.

Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar (3440m) to Deboche (3820m)

Activity: Trek through Sagarmatha National Park, enjoying the Dudh Koshi river along the way. The path ascends after leaving Namche Bazaar, reaching Tengboche monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region. After visiting the monastery, descend to Deboche hamlet for an overnight stay.

Day 7: Trek from Deboche (3820m) to Dingboche (4410m)

Day 8: Acclimatization or Rest Day at Dingboche (4410m)

Alternatively, walk to Nagarjuna (5100m) for a panorama of the Chhukung valley.

Day 9: Trek from Dingboche (4410m) to Lobuche (4930m)

Activity: Ascend gradually to Thokla Dughla Pass, then descend to Lobuche. Visit memorial stupas and prayer flags in honor of climbers who died while attempting to summit Mt. Everest. Enjoy views of Tawache, Cholache, Ama Dablam, and other peaks.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche (4930m) to Gorakshep (5190m) then to Everest Base Camp (5364m), and back to Gorakshep

Activity: Trek to Gorakshep, then continue to Everest Base Camp via the Khumbu glacier. Enjoy stunning views of the Khumbu Glacier, Everest’s pinnacle, and glacier-covered mountains. Encounter climbers aiming to summit Everest and Lhotse if hiking in the spring. Return to Gorakshep for lodging.

Activity: Early morning trek to Kala Patthar for views of Mount Everest. Return to Gorakshep for breakfast, then take a helicopter flight back to Kathmandu, ending your trek.

Day 12: Reserve Day in Kathmandu (1400m)
