Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal

Land at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
Transfer to your hotel and receive a briefing about the trek.
Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, a bustling tourist area in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m/9,383ft) and Phakding (2,610m/8,561ft)

Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
Begin trekking to Phakding, descending through lush forests and crossing suspension bridges.
Overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft)

Continue trekking along the Dudh Kosi River, passing through beautiful Sherpa villages.
Arrive at Namche Bazaar, the largest Sherpa settlement in the region.
Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar to adjust to the altitude.

Day 4: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft)

Trek through rhododendron forests with spectacular views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam.
Visit Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region.
Overnight stay in Tengboche.

Day 5: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m/14,300ft)

Descend through forests and cross the Imja River.
Trek uphill to Dingboche, a picturesque village with stunning mountain views.

Day 6: Dingboche (Acclimatization Day)

Spend an extra day in Dingboche for acclimatization.

Day 7: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m/16,207ft)

Trek along the moraines of the Khumbu Glacier, enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
Reach Lobuche, a small settlement nestled in the mountains.
Overnight stay in Lobuche.

Day 8: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,160m/16,929ft) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,598ft)

Trek to Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp.
After a brief rest, hike to Everest Base Camp and witness the Khumbu Icefall and surrounding glaciers.
Return to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) and Pheriche (4,240m/13,910ft)

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for a stunning sunrise view of Mount Everest and the Himalayas.
Descend to Pheriche for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Trek back through Tengboche, enjoying the familiar trails and beautiful landscapes.
Reach Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Continue the descent from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, relishing the final views of the mountains.
Celebrate the successful completion of your trek with your team.
Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu

Take an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.
